Wedding Flowers from Springwell: Flowers for Spring Weddings

Springtime is a beautiful time for weddings! The flowers come in both soft pastels and crisp bold hues. Some favorite springtime flowers include: tulips, anemone, and ranunculus. The ideal months to use these flowers are March, April, and May. Here are some examples of bouquets and centerpiece designs that feature tulips.

Tulips come in almost any color you can think of (except blue).

Another popular flower is ranunculus. These heavy petaled flowers are ideal for weddings from late February to early May. These beauties also come in a wide range of color. Here are some examples of bouquets and centerpiece designs that feature ranunculus:

This is such a stunning flower in white, but it looks great in bright colors such as yellow too.

The small centerpiece design below features both white and pink ranunculus, and a green centered pink ranunculus called Super Greens.

For early springtime weddings hellebore and daffodils are a great choice. Hellebore come in muted plums, purples, soft pinks, and ivories. They start blooming in mid to late February through March. As the flower heads mature, they will turn antique shades of green and may persist through May.
